    1. Order Cancellation
    • Orders can be cancelled within 2–3 minutes of placing the order.
    • Once the restaurant starts preparing the food, cancellation may not be possible.

    2. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds may be provided if:

    • Wrong item delivered
    • Missing items
    • Damaged or spoiled food
    • Order not delivered

    You must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery.


    3. Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds will not be provided if:

    • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer
    • Customer unavailable at delivery time
    • Change of mind after preparation
    • Minor taste differences

    4. Refund Process
    • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
    • It may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
